At Clutch & Co, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item for a refund or a product-only store credit if:

  • The item is returned within 21 days of purchase
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

    (Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.)

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Include your order number
  3. Specify the item(s) and size(s) you would like as a replacement, or if you prefer a refund/store credit

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not currently offer free return shipping.


DELIVERY

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery to Australian metro, regional and interstate locations typically takes 24–48 hours once shipped.

You will receive a Auspost tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

We now also ship to the United States (all 50 states) and New Zealand, with flat-rate shipping costs applied at checkout.
